Good Morning,

Well, I went to the PCP yesterday to start the 6 month diet process and

guess what? She just filled out the form and signed it!!!! She said

that she and I had spoken about the 1800 diet in September and that,

since it was February, it had been 6 months. Wow. I was not expecting

that.

The weight management center up here won't even see you until they have

the form signed by your PCP that says you have attempted a medically

supervised diet for 6 months. I thought I was going to have to do a 6

month diet, finally get an appointment with the weight loss center and

THEN go through the whole pre-op process. I had no idea I would get an

appointment to start this process so soon. I am so excited!
