The usual rule of thumb is to stay on the intro 2-3 days if you tend

toward normal or constipated © bm's and 4-5 days if you tend

toward diarrhea (D).

How many is too many? At the beginning some have eaten 5 eggs a day,

beacause they didn't tolerate much else. A bit extreme, but it

wasn't long term. That doesn't include what is in baked goods.

I have just gotten they're food sensitivities test

Increased D or C, bloating.

After the intro well cooked squash is usually pretty well tolerated,

as are well cooked green beans. Have you tried pureeing the carrots

in the soup, if he won't eat them sliced.

It could take a while to see solid bm's...every child is different.

It only took Jack about 10 days, so hopefully you will see some

soon. But I think there are some foods you can add while healing is

taking place. You could try some ripe banana. We did a lot of

pearsauce in the beginning. And the french cut green beans are

another good one to start. Oh yeah, we did zucchini also. We put

them in Jack's eggs. (He also ate alot of eggs in the beginning.)

Jack also liked mashed butternut squash with a little honey. Are

you keeping a food journal? Just keep track of what they are eating

and wait several days before starting something new.
