Guest guest
Hi I used the toll house recipe and replace the flour cup for cup with Bette Hagmanns four flour bean mix you can't even tell the difference. I use all of my old recipes for Christmas Cookies and just replace cup for cup with this mix and they all turn out great. Good luck and happy baking. Guest guest
Jill, look for my post under "butter cookies." I posted Bette Hagman's choc chip recipe--they are as good if not better than Tollhouse! Dana, Gloriously GF
Guest guest
Try substituting 1/4 cup soy flour for some of your flour. I do that with the recipe on the package of chocolate chips and have had great results. I've also used it with the recipe in my Betty Crocker cookbook.
