I can finally answer a question. They are illegal because of some of the

fillers. I originally went on them for Kenzie. I thought " perfect " . He'll

get fruits and vegetables which he never eats. However, my girls and I are

on them religiously. As for myself if I get a cold it only last a day or

two. I don't get sick as much as I use to. They have major antioxidant

value.

There are no fillers but I read that the pectin in the fruit is illegal

O.K., so is it illegal just because of the oats and barley? because I

called the company about that issue with the gfcf diet and they said

that they only use the shells? or outside of the grain or something like

that so it was considered gfcf. would that make it legal for SCD then?

Nope. Sorry.

GF allows many things that are not allowed on SCD, such as

corn, rice, quinoa, amaranth, millet, etc.
