I think Jody's flatbread recipe is called " Mixed Nut Flatbread " and it is at www.pecanbread.com under " Recipes " -- I don't remember which section. That works excellent. Smaller containers may work just as well. " What temperature do I put the dehydrator on? " I ferment at 105 " I ferment for 8 hours, then cool in the fridge overnight, then drip through cloth, correct? " correct " Is the yogurt starter by Custom Probiotics dairy free? " of course " How much is " 1 baby scoop " yogurt starter? " It is the scoop that Harry sends along with the bottles. You get several. They're tiny, that's why. How much yogurt would they need to eat a day to meet what Elaine thinks is an acceptable level? " Instead of probiotics " How much yogurt would they need to eat a day to meet what Elaine thinks is an acceptable level? " What's really important is building up. I give about 1 1/2 cup a day now.
