Guest guest Posted February 8, 2004 Report Share Posted February 8, 2004 Hi All, Finally got my new labs. As I thought the change in meds made me more hypo. I am on 50mcg Levoxyl and 30mg armour, 2xdaily. I want to ask doctor to put me back on straigt Armour. Are my t3 and t4 numbers low enough that I won't go hyper if I start increasing my Armour quickly, or do I need to go slower? The endo says to increase back to 60mg armour 2x daily. Don't know if I am to continue the Levoxyl or not, but I want to go back to all Armour. Would the increase in Total t4 show that I am not converting the t4 in Levoxyl to the needed t3? Will doubling my Armour dose all at one time make me Hyper? My gut tells me that at the Oct. levels I was not optimized. Any comments would be more than welcome. I have been at this for over 10 years and just now think I am starting to know what is going on with my own body. I begged my doctor for help four weeks ago.
