Guest guest
Hello everyone, We really didn't disappear We've just been busy figuring out the asthma etc. Ellen only has three more weeks in her helmet. The correction is amazing to us and the craniofacial surgeon that referred her seemed very impressed with how much correction she received from her DOC Band. We just saw him last week (about 7 weeks wearing the band). To newcomers who are starting their babies around 5 mos. it seemed to be a great growth spurt time (Ellen started as mod/sev scaphocephaly with torticollis and bilateral upper trapezius tightness). They do not see a need for a second band- and we think she looks great too! I still have to get pictures on I know there aren't too many classified as scaphy so maybe they would be helpful. Good to see so many new names- this site is such a help! and Ellen(Westfield, MA)
