I know we had issues getting in with Ellie at the end of Aidan's

treatment, but this is ridiculous. Have you talked to the office

manager, or just the scheduler? I know that I often had to talk to

Ellie directly to get in and see her since the schedule showed that

she was already booked up.

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! They should be catering to you right now, not

pissing you off. I think you're right, Chicago isn't that far. I

think you'd be impressed with the professionalism you'd receive.

I'm sorry if this isn't what you want to hear, I can't even imagine

how mad you are, I'm mad and this isn't even my baby.

I'm sorry they're treating you this way.

ARGHHHHHHHH . Gosh, I am so so sorry to hear this. They

should see you AFTER HOURS if necessary to get things back on track

for little Abby
