Our local newspaper sent out a recycling insert with the paper today.

In it was a url for getting rid of unwanted emails, phone solicitors,

and junk mail. It is a free service and your name stays on this list

for 5 years. You can also pay for this service and do it online but

why all it takes is a stamp....

Then click on email preferences.
