Guest guest
My son has been on the diet for a little over 3 months. In the beg. this happened to him . It lasted for a couple of weeks and then he became regular. I think it is your body getting used to less carbs and no starches. Somebody will prob. have an idea to help you but it will stop. Guest guest
Hi Tina, What is he eating now? What supplements is he taking? There is a list on pecabread site that list legal ingredients and some supplements which are legal. http://pecanbread.com/supplements.html Sheila wrote: > Hello all. Guest guest
Hi Sheila, my son has been eating legal spag sauce with spag.squash, fresh and frozen fruits, and steamed veggies. I made the legal chicken soup yesterday, he did like it, but he is going to need something to bite into. He was constipated before the diet. I am really beginning to think he has an impaction because no BM's for 2 days, then he gets so backed up, the D is the result. The intro diet is going to be very hard, the SCD itself won't be too hard, but the supplements are not legal and I have no option with that. Thanks for replying. Tina > > Hello all.
