Hey Amy,

Good.. more info out the better

I heard back from the main clinic of Gillette - I emailed them to

send me bulk info as well. The woman that emailed me said she has

gathered some info and is going to talk to the RN in the craniofacial

dept and get more. She is going to let me know when that happens.

I still havent received my stuff from CT.. she said she sent it out

on Saturday, must be coming pony express or something. I also emailed

UnitedHealth Care to try and get them to get out more info as well..

I'll keep buggin them.

Kim and everyone,

I also sent all the same stuff over to the Dr.'s ofc today that

refused to see Jaden for a 2nd opinion when I said I knew he had

tort, and they refused, telling me Jaden's main pede " knows what he

is doing " . So I threw it back in their face.

I contacted CT today in Tempe, AZ and am getting all the literature

sent up to me to hand out to Dr's and parents. I am also going to

send our story two 2 local newspapers and 3 tv stations telling them

about my campaign because Jaden " fell thru the cracks " in the health

care system.

How are you and Jax doing?

Hi Amy,

Good luck sending the info - are you sending it to the stations here

in Duluth? I have emailed them as well. Maybe with another person

doing it they'll finally do something.

Still sick here... Jax has had this bug for almost 2 weeks. The doc

said the seizure was mild but if he has one again he'll tell the

neuro to repeat the MRI now instead of Oct.

I don't know if I posted this or not, but Gillette is also going to

send me info in bulk. At least this way I will have a variety of info

to give out.

Let me know when you get your info from CT...

KIm,

I ended up sending our story to the Duluth News Tribune, Channel 10

News, and World News Tonite w/ Jennings. I just got off the

phone w/ SMDC Clinic Virginia, they are not qualified enough to give

me an opinion about my letter, so they are forwarding it down to

Patient Pelations/Risk Management at the main clinic in Duluth. I

told them I will also send them a copy. Dr. Sussman is now finally

aware of my letter. And I asked them if I could drop off parent

eduation packets to them from CT and also packets for Dr.s and they

said YES I told them I was not really trying to complain about

Dr. Sussman, even tho in the letter that's what it looked like. I

said I am simply trying to raise awareness to that what happened to

Jaden does not happen to another baby or parent.

Hope you guys are feeling better. And I'll say a little prayer for

Jax too.

Funny, I JUST got off the phone with Risk Management through St

Lukes though. With Jaxson they ALL knew, the hospital, his ped's, AND

my ob that he had Tort/plagio and the brachial plexus.. yet not one

of those doctors told us. I had sent them a letter at the end of

January, emailed them 4 times in the last month before I heard from

them. They said it all has to go back to the doctor. ARRRGH! I have

spoke with the Mayor here in Duluth about it (he's an old family

friend) and he is going to get me in touch with a local attorney

(spoke with several outside of duluth).

I also received a different email today from St Lukes (in re: to

giving them info from CT to give to parents) and am now waiting for

the RN to call me. I really hope I get the info from CT today...

sheesh!
