Thanks for the recipe. I'll give it a try. I think I still have 10 lbs.

of it. I was unknowingly using it in place of potato starch and was

wondering why my recipes were coming out differently.

Where did you find the potato flour? I have been looking for it

without success and I'm about to make my online purchases for the month

and would like to order some. Please let me know. I do have recipes

that call for it, but for the life of me I can't remember what they are

right now. I'll look for some and get back to you.

The only two companies I know off the top of my head with gf Potato flour

are Bob's Red Mill (www.bobsredmill.com) and Ener-G Foods (www.ener-g.com).
