Guest guest
Penny, I'll send it to you in a minute. I bet you could use one large banana or two small ones to replace the honey. That's what I used in my muffin recipe and they turn out good. Jody mom to -5 and -7 SCD 13 months
Guest guest
Do you think that will be ok this weekend or should I wait til Tuesday? I'm trying to eliminate as much fruit as possible right now but it sounds like a good plan. Thanks Re: peanut butter brownie recipe > Penny, > > I'll send it to you in a minute. > I bet you could use one large banana or two small ones to replace the > honey. > That's what I used in my muffin recipe and they turn out good. > > > Jody > mom to -5 and -7 > SCD 13 months > > > > For information on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, please read the following websites: > http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info > and > http://www.pecanbread.com > >
Guest guest
Well, in the grand scheme of things, if you cut the brownies into 12 pieces, he would only be getting 1/12th of a banana each time. So, it wouldn't really be that much fruit. You could probably use butternut squash, but they won't turn out very sweet and they will be sort of orangish. The banana doesn't change the color. Guest guest
Penny, I'd try using pureed butternut squash and Sweet N Low for this...... maybe? I wonder if he'd accept that? You might have to add a little water to get the consistency right. Congrats on the tomato sauce!!! That's excellent! Guest guest
Jody: I actually got to go out tonight. The girl that babysits for us leaves for the winter but her family decided to come back early. Usually they don't come back til April. So and I had our first night out since September. We saw " Big Fish " . I thought I was going to see Cold Mountain so I was disappointed but it was still nice to get out. Anyhow thanks for the recipe and all your help today. You've been great.
