How many do I take at a time or do I start out very slow and then add to it? Do I take it with food or not? Is all isocort the same no matter when your get it? I got mine from VitaminMD.com and it looks like its made from Bezwecken.....has anyone heard of this? Now if I made a big mistake....anyone answering please tell me privately. You've got the one...the only....ISOCORT - Yes, it's made by Bezwecken...I would begin with two in the AM when you get up...I would not try taking any of it later than 3 PM...you see on the bottle it says not to exceed 8 tabs per day.....I did well on 4 daily, better on 6-8. wrok up to it and see how you do at each step of the way...I read somewhere once that 2 = a serving...I always took two or more at a time. good luck! I really want to make sure I start this off the right way. Is there anything I need to watch for when using isocort? Like side affects? I think the first day I will start slow and just take couple first thing in the morning and see how I do. I am so excited to see whats going to happen when I start tomorrow morning with isocort.
