Guest guest
I talked to my congresswomen's office last week. She is aware of the 9.9% reduction. The bill to extend the exceptions for several diagnosis on Medicare patients and stop the 9.9% payment reduction was coupled with the bill to increase medicade coverage for children. This bill may not pass and if does not, the Medicare cap will return( capping services at $1740) and the 9.9% fee reduction may happen. Let you representative know that the exception process for Medicare patients is important and could they separate this bill from the other one for a vote. I did.
