Guest guest
Hi Teri, Don't worry about the dextrose. Please see http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/salt_dextrose_in.htm If still worried you can iodized sea salt. I have one called " Baleine " that comes in a blue cannister. Guest guest
Oh man, I've been using it too. So we can't use regular table salt? Guest guest
I have been using this too. I'm lost, since I thought that is what to be buying and to make sure it is iodized? Rut-roh ... looks like another bad move for me. UGH! Guest guest
If my memory serves, dextrose is a preservative or something, but it is not a sugar. I know Elaine has said she doesn't much care for it, but we all need sodium and she prefers a salt that has iodine, but the dextrose is fine. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me :-) Thea (Zach's mom, ASD and 3 next week, SCD 6+ months) > Am I the only hayseed who just fell off the turnip truck who did not realize that Moron's, uh er um, I mean Morton's salt has DEXTROSE in it??
