If it is anything like the wholesale we have in Europe: quality is

usually much better and prices are still lower. You don't have the

cost of the extra packaging with bulk food. Also vegetables and fruit

are as fresh as possible, usually. Plus the extra choice (don't know

what you'd do with alligator meat or caviar though).

Calculating, when I also consider the nuts in bulk (per 2 lbs bags),

we are saving literally hundreds of Euro's a year. I can't buy bulk

bags of nuts here outside the wholesale store anyway.

Thanks!!! I will figure out how much of a savings that is. I am going

to Trader Joe's this weekend and will see what they have there too!

Don't be afraid to buy the Trader Joes mesquite honey, 3 lb. for

$6.99. It's very mild. I use it for baking.
