Guest guest
> My question - Is it worth it? If it is anything like the wholesale we have in Europe: quality is usually much better and prices are still lower. You don't have the cost of the extra packaging with bulk food. Also vegetables and fruit are as fresh as possible, usually. Plus the extra choice (don't know what you'd do with alligator meat or caviar though). Calculating, when I also consider the nuts in bulk (per 2 lbs bags), we are saving literally hundreds of Euro's a year. I can't buy bulk bags of nuts here outside the wholesale store anyway. Guest guest
Thanks!!! I will figure out how much of a savings that is. Guest guest
Don't be afraid to buy the Trader Joes mesquite honey, 3 lb. for $6.99. It's very mild. I use it for baking. > > > A 5lb bottle of Sue Bee honey at Sam's Club in Indianapolis is $10.77 > > > > Tom L > > > > > > > > >
