Guest guest Posted April 14, 2003 Report Share Posted April 14, 2003 Hi all! Well I have had 2 great on program days, starting on my 3rd today and doing very well! I was doing ok before, but now I feel totally on track and super motivated, plus getting in my veggies and fruit and water!! I have decided I'm sick and tired of being overweight and want to enjoy my summer and the rest of my life without carting around this extra weight! I want to look in the mirror and not cringe, I want to be able to shop in stores that have cute clothes, I want to take my kids to ValleyFair (amusement park in MN) and not worry about whether or not I'll fit in the seats of the rides! I want to....boy this list could get really long, so I'm going to quit for now, LOL! I have set a mini goal to lose 20 lbs, once I reach that I'll set another goal, but this will make it seem less overwhelming (since I have about 100 to lose!) I have yet to find my gazelle, but in the meantime have been walking and doing my WATP tapes, so I'm getting my exercise. Here's to a great on program week for everyone! Talk soon!
