I don't like spending too much time with the lists or even meetings where the whole focus is on food, even low point food. I lost all my weight a bit over a year ago and then got pregnant. I now have 23 post pregnancy pounds to lose again. I know they will come off but slowly as I am nursing. But for me it works best to visit sites to get recipes when I need them to work the program and then just live my life. I would rather go out and do something than read and type about how to do this. It is a whole lot more effective. Charlie/Re: Too much focus on food? Hi Charlie, I must say I agree with you, being on too many groups is very time consuming.
