Guest guest
We are currently building our Cerner outpatient rehabilitation documentation system that will go live in 2007. We were slated for September 2006 but due to hardware procurement issues we are going live with inpatient in September 2006 and outpatient sometime in 2007. Cerner has a " pre-fab " build for inpatient but to date has nothing for outpatient, so we are building our own. We are very lucky in that we have a former Cerner employee working in I/S building our outpatient documentation and on top of that she is an OT, so she understands our rehab documentation needs well. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or want to talk about what we are doing. Mark Dwyer, PT, MHA Director of Rehabilitation Services Olathe Medical Center, Inc.
