Guest guest
We use Clinic Controller. I really like it, don't know if it's what you are looking for but it may be worth looking in to! You can go to their website: www.a2cmedical.com " Schrumpf, " wrote: I would highly recommend Therapy Source. Guest guest
, We have been working with Clinicient for several months and have found them receptive to working with you if you have particular forms, etc. that you would like to incorporate from your present system. We had various forms, set up and PT guide formats that we didn't want to discard and they have been happy to adapt that into their system. Our staff found this an easier transition from paper to computer. Something us old folks appreciated. Give them a look. Their total package is very complete. A. Guest guest
, We are using both systems and have been pleased for the most part. We plan on purchasing the system soon. We have had a few glitches with electronic billing however. Please feel free to call me for additional information. Guest guest
, I would recommend looking at MedAdept/iped if you want a comprehensive documentation, scheduling and billing software. I have looked at several products and have been very happy with this product. My work life has changed with the ease of this software. Hope this helps. The web address is MedAdept.com. Guest guest
, Agree with your statement on " endorsements " .. in my case, as written, merely related our experience with Clinicient and one I would appreciate if I were talking with somebody who had it and we were chatting on the phone. I don't think you want us to go back to the phone and avoid the Internet in this day do you. Ha JUST Kidding. And I do not and have not gotten ANY $$$$ for supporting a system I am pleased with. Good luck to all. It is time for us to move in this direction, even us old folks. Re Pete [ A. Towne]
Guest guest
Agreed. No endorsement $$$ with me, either. Nothing to declare but a good product. I did research this heavily and have a unique practice of neuro and geriatric - so I needed to have a flexible/adaptable system. Guest guest
Hi , I currently use the TherOffice system in my practice. I do not receive any financial compensation from them but I do recommend the system. TherOffice integrates the scheduling, billing, accounting, documentation all in one. It is very affordable 95/month for their lease which includes unlimited tech support. They will also let you apply the lease payments to the purchase price if you want to do that. The system is easy to modify and use and they are willing to send a demo CD so you can play with it. Other software companies would not do that and only wanted to demo their product online. I used PT Advantage for a few months but found it a royal pain in the A.. to modify although they promote it as easy to customize and change. You also have to schedule training time with them to load and use your software for the first time which I found frustraiting. I want to be able to start using the software immediately. PT Advantage takes a lot of time on the front end and I just did not want to spend the time on it. TherOffice is easy to use right out of the box and they are very open to suggestions and changes (as I am sure most companies are). The other systems I previewed (clinicient, medadept) were VERY expensive and I could not justify the expense as a start up practice. TheraOffice also stores the info onsite and not on a central server somewhere. I like this idea as I don't want my access to data limited by poor internet connections. I would be happy to discuss this software with you if you have anyother questions. Guest guest
Hi , we have used Therawriter for 3 years and have been very happy with in an outpatient ortho setting. You can customize the documentation, the system is easy to use, and the support is excellent. Feel free to contact me directly with any other questions. Guest guest
We have had PTOS for 3.5 years now. It has been good for many things, although the print image issue has been a problem but if I understand it correctly there is a converter now. Also, there is a documenation system which is brand new, but we have not seen the demo yet. Support is good. I have also heard good things about Theraoffice and have requested a CD demo Bubba Klostermann OT, CVE, CEAS CEO, WORK & REHAB 4546 South 14 th Abilene, Texas 79605 phone: fax: email: bubklo@... Guest guest
I have no practice management system yet. I have heard good things about TheraOffice. I think PTOS is APTA-endorsed. Between these two, any preferences? Any remarks about PTOS appreciated.
