Coat a large, rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the tenderloin on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and rub over the beef. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness beyond that. Remove the beef to a cutting board and slice across the grain into 3/4-inch slices.
