Guest guest Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 We have a patient who has been receiving treatment for neck and back under workers comp. His workers comp doctor d/c'ed neck treatment 2 weeks ago, now the patient went to his PCP and got a script for cervical treatment. Here's the issue the PCP's office as per his insurance company(Aetna) can not issue a referral because he is being treated under WC so how would you handle this situation.
