-59 Modifier for Speech Group Therapy

Based on the column1/column2 CCI edits it looks like if Speech Group

Therapy is documented with the below codes, the -59 modifier should be

applied. Can anyone confirm?

Carla,

You are correct. Modifier-59 would go on the 97xxx CPT

codes. Same would be true if the SLP billed 92507

and/or 92526 and any other discipline (PT/OT) billed

the 97xxx on the same day.
