What 'extras' are people offering new hires? Specifically I'm interested to hear if tuition forgiveness is used, and if so how it is structured. Also -- amount and time frames for sign-on bonuses or relocation assistance. I want to show our administration that recruitment is VERY difficult right now, and we need to have some options available to us. Thanks for your help!
