Guest guest
, Give the good folks at Clinicient (www.clinicient.com) a call and sign up for a demo. I think you'll be impressed. My partner and I have been using their software for over two years and continue to be extremely satisfied. If you would like to discuss it further please feel free to contact me off list. Guest guest
Raintree software has billing, scheduling, notes (including 4 different options) and imaging. You can call Mason at 800/333-1033 for a demo. Jim Hall, CPA <///>< Rehab Management Services Cedar Rapids, IA
Guest guest
Has anyone used Re-doc software and interfaced it with a billing program such as Medisoft. I am attempting to evaluate this area because of complication that may arise with having 2 different companies interface. I saw that someone has used the advantage and cliniciet documentation that has billing components intergrated thus all performed by one company. I am currently using Medisoft for the billing and would like to keep it but do not want to run into a situation that something does not work and one company blames the others software. I would also like to know if someone has used a particular documentation and billing program and swithed to one that is much better. This is a big decision for my clinic and I want to reduce the trial and error. Please e-mail me personally at the email below. onuwa@... Thanks for any help. Guest guest
I recently did an online demo with re-doc and it looks like a good documentation system. I was told it can interface with other practice management systems but for a hefty additional cost. If you are looking for a total practice management system, try A2C Medical, my facilities have been using their software for 2 1/2 years now and it has worked well. Guest guest
I apologize, I have been corrected, the interface expense was only costly (in my opinion) for the practice management system some of my consulting customers were trying to interface with (Centricity). I understand that it is much less for other systems and may work very well for your needs. Good luck Dena Aitken Greater Therapy Centers, Inc. Guest guest
Two programs that I am aware of that have both documentation and billing packages are: Clinicient Raintree Clinicient started by building a documentation package with direct input from a Physical Therapist/Owner. About 2-3 years ago they purchased a billing software package to interface with it. I believe they now have the interface worked out. Raintree was built as a Medical Billing Software Package. Like Clinicient, they have been working the last couple of years (but from the opposite direction) building the Documentation pieces. Both packages appear to be good ones. Hope this helps! Guest guest
Have you considered Source Medical Solutions? They have a Scheduling, clinical documentation for PT, OT and speech as well as a billing solution.
