Luckily my doctor was understanding about vaginal pain and said she would not cut unless nessary. I did end up tearing on the upper vaginal wall where she could not put in stitches. The baby was 5 lbs 12 ozs and it took 2 hrs to push him out because of the problems with the muscles in the vaginal wall not used to being used.
