Guest guest Posted October 15, 2001 Report Share Posted October 15, 2001 Well, it's finally cooled down in Arizona. . . we're all decorated for Halloween and I'm in the mood for pumpkin stuff. . .so, I wanted to get some pumpkin recipes. They're also studying pumpkins in school, so I thought it would help to have some recipes handy for the inevitable pumpkin pie day! can't have cheese, so cream cheese won't work -- any other ideas? I have the recipe for pumpkin pancakes. I also have the one for pumpkin bread -- not sure about the tofu, so I was going to see how I might adapt it.
