Guest guest
I am wondering about salad dressings. I have been eating lots of salads and usually using "Carb Well" brand dressing...is that a good choice? When I eat away from home, I ask for low fat or fat free, and looking at the label of Carb Well makes me nervous...it has O carbs, 100 calories, and 11 fat grams in each serving. Am I sabotaging myself with all that fat, or is this okay?? What is my best choice?? I like French dressing if it's okay to have. I looked for "sugar-free" dressings in the store, but didn't find anything. Debbi

Guest guest
Fat free dressings usually will have added sugars so a ranch dressing may even be better. Any salad dressing with 3 grams of sugar or less is o.k. I really do not know much about the carb options. and remember we do not count carbs onthe beach so those foods really don't pertain to us in may cases. -Beth Salad Dressings I am wondering about salad dressings.
