Guest guest
I am ROTFLMAO!!! I felt that too in the end. Pretty much my way is the only way and is ALWAYS the right way. -Beth Re: south-beach-diet-support group? > > Because we have this list now, which IMO is far better. > -- > Ann > > > > > > Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Guest guest
No one was trying to say that there is only one way, we were trying to tell the way that the nutritionist said to do it. Specially for the newbies if they get conflicting information and tried things that weren't "approved", they got mad cuz they didnt lose. Or the people saying cheating is okay. Yes, sometimes it is but for newbies it wouldnt be. For me, it isnt okay. I can and have literally gained seven pounds in two days eating things that were not on the plan or overeating things on the plan. Ultimately its still up to the person to eat or not eat something. We just wanted people to have the information right from the nutritionist, specially when they asked if it was okay to have or not. It wouldn't be right to say yes, you can, if the nutritionist said no, you can't. It's still up to you to eat those foods. We also got a LOT of people wondering why they weren't losing and asking for advice, things like I only cheated all weekend, I don't get why I didn't lose this week, or I only had six beers at the bar on Saturday, why did I gain. So the mods were under a lot of pressure and just wanted to get the "right" (right meaning from the nutritionist) information to the people. It's up to people to do with it what they want. Guest guest
Every group has all different types of members. I do have to say that there was one member there that was just more opinionated than others. -Beth Re: south-beach-diet-support group?>> Because we have this list now, which IMO is far better.> --> Ann >>>>>> Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb.
