Guest guest
I have developed a problem with eggs. They bother my tummy. Any suggestions if eggbeaters or something does not cause such an allergy or whatever it is? Guest guest
Have you considered tasty omelettes, with bell pepper, tomato, a little onion, and low-fat cheese? I hate the no-fat cheese. My breakfast meals alternate between and eggs and oatmeal with fruit (I'm on P2+). Steve > I want to start South BEach next week. and I don'nt believe anyone answered me about the gnawing feeling I get in my stomach from eggs. I'm hoping mised with sausage or whatever it'll help eliminate this problem. I'm beign bad now because I know I'm starting the program and water aerobics. Why do we splurge before we get real??? Oh well. anyone have this egg problem? What do you substitute for breakfast? Guest guest
You do not have to have eggs if they don't agree with you. Eat anything form the allowed food list. I love dinner leftovers as breakfast. -Beth eggs I want to start South BEach next week. and I don'nt believe anyone answered me about the gnawing feeling I get in my stomach from eggs. Guest guest
Try egg beaters. I'd avoid sausages in phase 1 completely because they are salty and have many ingredients. Stick to turkey bacon. I don't have my book near me but do not think they are on the list of foods to enjoy for phase 1. You don't have to have eggs for breakfast either. Today I had sliced turkey wrapped around jack cheese melted in the micro, with a can of V-8. You can have whatever you want from the list of foods to enjoy. Lots of time that's leftovers from supper. Good luck. The first 2 weeks will pass and you will feel proud of yourself and be about 10 lbs. lighter! Check in often.
