IMHO...You will have to try it and see how your body responds. I

haven't had any problems at all with carbs in the morning. Somedays

I have Fiber 1 w strawberries, or SF yogurt & banana,or oatmeal,or

ww english muffin w cheese, somedays I will have a plum for my

morning snack. You will just have to go slowly and see what works

for you. I cannot do apples very well, with or without a protein

(sugar stopper. Just take your time and see how your body responds.

I feel that if you don't at least try you might be missing out on

something nice for breakie or mid morning snacks ;0)

When you reintroduce carbs to your diet, they can trigger cravings. Do you

want to go all day fighting a craving for something you can't have since

you've eaten your allotment for the day already? Ditto fruits if the trigger

cravings for sweets.

As late in the day as possible. Then you don't have as long to suffer before

you go to sleep and can ignore them.

If its a workday for me, I get *really* hungry

about an hour after having carbs for breakfast.

For some reason if it is a day I am off work, I

am fine. Go figure!

Depends on your system. Try them for breakfast

one day and see what happens. I usually have a

carb for my mid-morning snack, and as long as it

isn't an apple I am fine (those make me hungry

too).

For me, it just depends on the day. This morning I

had Kashi cereal and I was hungry. On Monday, I had

oatmeal pancackes and was fine. There are other days

I have cereal and I am fine.

With me, nothing ever makes sense.
