Seaweed has excellent nutritional value. I often cooked seaweed as a soup. Mix

it with eggs. First boil the the water, then put in the seaweed. Finally crack

the eggs and mix it with seaweed and hot water for about 5-10 minutes in medium

heat. You may go to any asian store and they have plenty of dried seaweed

supplies imported from Japan or other asian countries. You may add a few

sprinkle of salt to add taste. Yummy.

Does anyone know about cooking seaweed and whether it is worth it?

Also, is it impossible to get uncontaminated seaweed anywhere? I live

near Santa Cruz, California.

ok for me to continue eating my salted, oiled(olive oil) seaweed crisp? My

natural health food store carries them.... I feel like my body is craving the

salt?! I have a low t-3, and wondered if that was why my body wanted all that

salt?
