Ann,

Your a brave and persistant woman. Bravo!

I wanted to bring to your attention, that the top heart hospital in the USA,

is in Cleveland , Ohio. Probably not far from you. They are one of the world

leaders in AFib research and Pulmonary Vein Ablations. Dr. Natale is there top

man.

Welcome to the board.

The cravings will go away. The did right away for me. Before I

began I could not imagine going two weeks without sweets and such.

Now it is no big deal. I don't really even miss it. Yes, you will

lose belly fat. It is all true what the book says. Good luck!
