Don't beat yourself up over it! We ate

black-eyed peas on P1 too, until I learned they

weren't allowed.

Eating them didn't affect our weight-loss as far

as we can tell (and they are one of the very few

veggies DH actually likes that are allowed on ANY

phase - he is a potatoes and corn guy <sigh>).

One little mistake does not mean you are ruined

or have to start over!

P.S. This goes for Alice too - this way-of-eating

is VERY forgiving!!

Stop beating yourself up! Your slip was minor and shouldn't affect how long

you stay on Phase 1. Just continue on Phase 1 for the rest of the time and

you will be fine. Drink your water and calm down.
