Eating them didn't affect our weight-loss as far as we can tell (and they are one of the very few veggies DH actually likes that are allowed on ANY phase - he is a potatoes and corn guy <sigh>). Your slip was minor and shouldn't affect how long you stay on Phase 1. Just continue on Phase 1 for the rest of the time and you will be fine.
