Guest guest
I thought leg cramp were a sign of a lack of something in the diet. I get foot cramps when I don't drink enough water. Here is a link below, maybe that will help you out. Good Luck in B.C. http://www.crha-health.ab.ca/hlthconn/items/legs.htm 3rd day of Phase 1 and leg cramping Im on my 3rd day with no problems, except I noticed I have a lot of leg cramping. I know this was discussed before, but I was just lurking and don't remember what to do. Can someone help? Thanks DinaReminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. It's inexpensive, too. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@... Guest guest
Morton's salt substitute has potassium which may help with muscle cramping. Also bananas and oranges. Guest guest
Thank you all who responded. I don't drink any diet sodas, I do drink alot of decaf ice tea. I also have my 2 qts. of water a day. I looked in my cabinets and I do have diet tonic water, so I had a glass of that tonight. I will try to drink more water and see if that helps, if not, I will start taking potassium pill. That is the worst when you wake up in the middle of the night with a leg cramp - ouch!!! 3rd day of Phase 1 and leg cramping Im on my 3rd day with no problems, except I noticed I have a lot of leg cramping.
