Not a little but a lot and today I feel so sick. I ate too many nuts, foraged for food all day and night while it was teeming here and never really did eat dinner.

But today is another day and I'm back with my towel, suntan lotion, hat and book. According to my scale I am still a bit under when I began this WOE so I hope to make up for my day in the ocean.

Don't beat yourself up over that one. You can move right on to ph2, it was just a

little popcorn. If you really feel the need to continue with ph1, add on a day or so.

But I wouldn't go a whole week. Your setback was minor and probably won't do

much if anything to your weight loss. Just jump back in and lose!smonroe8587 wrote:

Girl, get right back on and keep going. A little popcorn probably

has done nothing to your weight loss. After all, I think you can

have it in Phase 2. And, you were so close to being in Phase 2, I

think you will be fine.

Congrats! on your 11 lbs lost.

I am stalled at 5 lbs (been there for Day 5-6-7). Actually, I know I

need to either change up my food choices (basically the same daily)

and/or add exercise. Yes, I have NOT been exercising. I wanted to

see how much I could lose in Phase 1 without exercising and then

start exercising in Phase 2, but it looks like I have to start doing

that now.

Good luck to you on Phase 2....you are 11 lbs closer to your

goal. :o)

Thanks Carmela, and everyone else who responded to my post. I feel

better knowing that I didn't get too far off track. My mother stopped

by my house on her way home from Fla and she noticed that my pants

are bigger on me and she was suprised at what I now eat for breakfast

and she asked for a copy of the list so that she could incorporate it

into her diet. She was really supportive. DH has lost 10 pounds so

far but he cheats every other day.LOL... He is in the military so he

gets PT daily. Im really proud of myself because im losing the weight

and not working out as hard as he is. LOL... anyway thanks for the

encouragement.
