Guest guest
There is an official "o.k. to eat" list. I know there is one in the book and I bet you can find one in one of the groups files. mb Do Not Eat List So is there an official DO NOT EAT list for Phase One? Or does it change depending on whatever? Please don't get offended my simple/stupid questions. I plan to start this diet in August after vacation & am working on getting all the info NOW so I'll be good to go. Thanks. Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats. Guest guest
if you don't have the book you can always borrow it from the library. You may have to wait on the waiting list, but it may come up before your vacation. I never got the book either, I read my bosses and then got it and the cookbook out at the library. I did however get the Good fats, Good carbs book and it gives enough info to start the diet. This list is an excellent source too, I use it everyday! How come you're 6 pounds lighter than me? HA (Are you short?) JUST KIDDING! No, really, are you? Kaynella
