Its got to be Fat Free half & half I believe. Whipped Cream is

something that I use very sparingly. I think a sm dollop of light

whipped cream is ok in PH1 but you might want to wait until someone

else answers, lol. My memory isn't the greatest. Dairy is one of the

updates and is allowed in ph1 now.

Here is a recipe for whipped cream. *** i haven't tried it yet

Almost Whipped Cream

1 can Evaporated skim milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put a can of evaporated skim milk in the refrigerator and a

stainless steel bowl and the beaters from an electric mixer into the

freezer for an hour. Put the milk into the chilled bowl, add 1

teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and beat high speed just until

peaks are formed. Use immediately

I bought some fat-free evaporated milk. I wonder if it would work

with that?

Dawn (day 24, lost 10 lbs., 35 more to go)
