Oh, ... the email was not directed at you. I think was just venting about the 'lowcarb' craze that has taken over! Food is now more expensive, and labelled as 'lowcarb'... and it is not always that good for you! The unsuspecting public is buying up this stuff in droves, thinking it is better for you. So, it just feels like they are taking advantage of people by labelling it 'Atkins' or 'low-carb'.

Gee sorry for asking!! i thought this group was called south beach getting it right? did I join the wrong group? if i did.. please let me know where i can get advise about getting it right.
