your weight will fluctuate up to 4 pounds from day to day...even sometimes

in the same day. Don't let that number get you down today, you probably

will see a change for the better tomorrow. Also....3 pounds in one week is

a good loss.

I am going

through the same thing, and I am FRUSTRATED. I am trying not to be. Lets be

frustrated/sad together but keep working on it! I KNOW I have to lose weight as

I am eating much less and much differently than I was.

Suggestion to help things * move along *, first thing in the morning before you

eat, drink as hot a cup of tea as you can stand. It will move things along and

no additional helpers need be taken.

A week on Phase 1 - a little sad

Well, today I've been on Phase 1 for a week now. On Wednesday I had

weighed and

I was down 4lbs (I was happy). Then today (Friday), I

weighed

after being on phase 1 for a week, and I've only lost 3lbs

and for some

reason I don't feel good about it. I know it's 3lbs less

then when I

started, but I was expecting to be down about 5 I guess.

I've been

following the diet really well, and I don't know why I'm

even up 1 lb

since 3 days ago. My hubby weighed today as well, and

he's down 6

lbs. I know I have to keep going, but I'm just feeling

down about

it. Maybe the fact that I'm constipated (sorry), isn't

helping the

scale either.

Thanks for

listening,

Hang in there.........I was stuck at losing only 2 pounds during the

first 5-6 days.......then I lost 4 more after that by day 9. And

yes, I believe one of the reasons was I stopped being constipated and

things started moving about 2X day. That makes a BIG difference! I

never took Colon Cleanse, because I couldn't find it, even online.

Things just naturally started working again. (I was constipated the

first 4 days)

Thank you ladies for your words of encouragement and advice on how

to " get things moving. " I am feeling better about it all today. I'll

wait and weight in a weeks time. Keeping my fingers crossed.
