Guest guest
your weight will fluctuate up to 4 pounds from day to day...even sometimes in the same day. Don't let that number get you down today, you probably will see a change for the better tomorrow. Also....3 pounds in one week is a good loss. mb A week on Phase 1 - a little sad > Well, today I've been on Phase 1 for a week now. On Wednesday I had > weighed and I was down 4lbs (I was happy). Guest guest
I am going through the same thing, and I am FRUSTRATED. I am trying not to be. Lets be frustrated/sad together but keep working on it! I KNOW I have to lose weight as I am eating much less and much differently than I was. Suggestion to help things * move along *, first thing in the morning before you eat, drink as hot a cup of tea as you can stand. It will move things along and no additional helpers need be taken. Guest guest
lots and lots of water and also some daily Metamucil helps too. mb A week on Phase 1 - a little sad Well, today I've been on Phase 1 for a week now. Guest guest
Hang in there.........I was stuck at losing only 2 pounds during the first 5-6 days.......then I lost 4 more after that by day 9. And yes, I believe one of the reasons was I stopped being constipated and things started moving about 2X day. That makes a BIG difference! I never took Colon Cleanse, because I couldn't find it, even online. Things just naturally started working again. (I was constipated the first 4 days) Janice
Guest guest
Thank you ladies for your words of encouragement and advice on how to " get things moving. " I am feeling better about it all today. I'll wait and weight in a weeks time. Keeping my fingers crossed.
