Corn?????????? Sorry, that's a NO-NO. If it were allowed, I'd eat

it every day. LOL

i didn't think corn was an approved veggie? are you on phase 2?

Oops, you guys are right. I don't think one tablespoon is going to

hurt anything, but I took it out anyway.

You're right - it's not approved for phase 1. I don't think one

OK, Martha, here's more input, LOL

Avoid corn.

If you're hungry, just eat something from the foods to enjoy list and don't

worry about it.

You're doing great!
