I start Phase 2 in 1 day. I really

have never eaten much fruit. Fruit seems to make me crave sweets, and

apples make me hungrier – so I’m not craving to eat fruit right

away. However, I do miss the whole grain bread/toast and am looking

forward to that and also popcorn. I am totally over Pasta, white bread

and white potatoes. The fudgesickles seem to take care of any ice cream

craving I might have. I’m so looking forward to a slice whole grain

Toast, with peanut butter on it and ½ banana and “0”

calories syrup, for breakfast (my version of pancakes/waffles).

Does any know of something I could use to

do “Oven Fried” chicken or pork chops for a coating???

That is one thing I

miss.

Good for you, Darlene!

Try oat bran cereal as a coating.
