I often see Kashi GoLean and Kashi Good Friends on the lists but I

never see the plain, " Puffed " Kashi. Its statistics seem even better

than the others: 70 cals. per cup, 0.5g fat, 0g sugar, and it is quite

good. All whole grains, too -- whole hard red wheat, long grain brown

rice, oats, barley, triticale, rye, buckwheat and sesame seeds. Is

there a problem? I can't believe I never see it listed, so I'm afraid

there might be, but I can't figure what it could be!

Puffed Kashi is NOT SBD friendly. Not enough fiber per serving. :-(

2g dietary fiber: 0.6g soluble and 1.4g insoluble.
