I think it's something like $5 a week, but they charge you $60 at a time. If I remember correctly, you can quit at any time & get a refund. You get menus, journaling, personal answers to questions from a nutritionist, live chat with the Dr. or his nurses. I joined on- line, but when I quit, I called. The person who took my call was very nice and congratulated me on my weight loss. You pay for 3 months at a time, but they refunded me for what I didn't use. I think I paid $20 a month. I have tried to go online to the Prevention Forum but for some reason I can't get in.
