Guest guest
I often have cottage cheese for breakfast, just because I don't have time to cook before I have to leave for work. My first 4 or so days of Phase 1 I had a serious headache, was light-headed/dizzy and felt weak and tired. Some of it was due to quitting caffeine cold-turkey, but these symptoms are common even if you aren't a caffeine addict. This too will pass - been there, lived through it just fine! Guest guest
OMG I was there yesterday with the nausea and gagging at the thought of eggs! This morning is day 3 for me and I could only eat 2 bites of eggs because I thought I would heave. I have some low-fat cottage cheese that I'm going to eat, I read somewhere that we can substitute it for breakfast. I don't know what else to eat for breakfast....hopefully someone will give us some suggestions! It's good to know I'm not the only one suffering Jen > Hi, > > Day 1 went really well, good think I love veggies!! > > This morning I am feeling kinda on the nauseous side and the thought of > eating breakfast is making me gag. Guest guest
OOoops I think I was supposed to get the no-fat cottage cheese. UGH! I'll figure it out one day! Guest guest
I have that too, some days eggs make me gag! Try egg custard with skim milk and Splenda, Vanilla, etc. There is a recipe in the book or on the website for making Expresso Custard and I think one could just leave out the Expresso and have regular egg custard. Can even make it in a Fry pan on the stove. Also, I hard boiled some eggs, and take one egg and make egg salad with the tsp mayo, mustard and chives. Do them the night before and refrigerate them, they aren’t to “eggy” then. Darlene This morning I am feeling kinda on the nauseous side and the thought of eating breakfast is making me gag. Is this normal? Anyone have any suggestions on what to eat besides eggs? Thanks!
Guest guest
You can have any of the Foods to Enjoy for any meal. Sometimes, even though I like eggs and eat them almost every morning, I get tired of them and eat last night's dinner leftovers. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@...
