Guest guest Posted December 23, 2002 Report Share Posted December 23, 2002 Kristy Sounds like she needs small dose of a slow acting insulin, like glargine (Lantus) which works over a 12 ->24 hour period and would cover the rise of glucose over night, and reduce during day, in addition to any day time insulin.
