Guest guest
Congrats on the weight loss!! I weigh myself every day so no yelling and screaming from me. I find it easier to stick with healthy eating if I can see that number every day. If it’s up I feel motivated to get it back down. If it’s down I feel like what I’m doing must be working. When I stop weighing myself daily is when my healthy habits start falling to the wayside. What day of the plan are you on? Anyway, I still had 3 pts left after all that (going by my max points)...so this SB is definitely compatible with WW! The only thing I can see is that if I HAD had nuts, my points would have shot up a lot. And, you will be happy to hear, no cheats at all Anyway, you will all yell and scream at me, but I did weigh myself this morning. I weigh myself every morning at the same time so it is consistent. Anyway, I was down almost 2 lbs from yesterday! so something is working, whether it is counting points, not eating nuts, not cheating, or the diet just " kicking in " , I don't know, but at least it is showing something! . Guest guest
I don't mind hearing day to day. It lets me see what others are eating and if I am doing everything right. Sheri Congratulations on losing 2 lbs . > ok, just wanted to give you an update... > > Yesterday I started counting points per weight watchers, while still eating according to the phase I plan. I did not have any nuts. I had: > bf: 2 hard boiled eggs and coffee > snack: sf jello > lunch: leftover beef soup (from cookbook) > one slice ham, 2 slices turkey > snack: fudgecicle > dinner: roasted eggplant (from cookbook) > snack: sf jello, one piece string cheese > drank lots of water...didn't measure > > Anyway, I still had 3 pts left after all that (going by my max points)...so this SB is definitely compatible with WW! Had a fairly large breakfast of scrambled egg (with some egg beaters mixed in) with turkey sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese, covered with salsa (I find I like eggs BETTER with salsa than ketchup...thank God for salsa!!!!!!!!!!!!!). > > Are you guys sick of hearing my day by day yet??? > > Donna in PA > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------
